Even though this is self-catering accommodation for your convenience we have supplied you with starter toiletries.
These are environmentally friendly products and all bedding is washed in non-biological detergent at over 60 degrees.
Our lovely starter toiletries are supplied by Caroline-Henry.co.uk and a percentage of their profits help to support TheOceanCleanup.com project.
Sani-flo Toilet
The lower ground bathroom is fitted with an electric saniflo macerator and pump system allowing waste to be carried out through smaller than average pipe work.

This is the item that causes the most issues due to misuse.
​
Under no circumstances should the following items be disposed of in the toilet as they will block, or damage, the macerator and a chargeable call out to a professional service engineer will be required:

excess toilet paper
-
sanitary products
-
dental floss
-
wet wipes (a single one of these cost one guest their entire security deposit when it flooded the bathroom and damaged the floor!)

any other foreign objects
