Departures Checklist
Please leave a list of any breakages or items you have found that need repair on the breakfast bar for the changeover staff.
While I'm sure we won't need to, we reserve the right to retain some, or all, of the damage / excess cleaning deposit to cover extra costs incurred if these guidelines are not followed.

Empty all bins and put in Bin Room

Remove all recycling and sort into crates in Bin Room – recycling containers can be washed with the outside hose, however, be sure they are dry before replacing in the kitchen to avoid damage to the floor

Empty the refrigerator and freezer

Wash and dry all dishes (and check that they are clean before returning them to cupboards)

Clean any used appliances (e.g. sandwich maker)

DO NOT strip bed linens

Vacuum excess dog hair

Hang all wet towels in the bathrooms

Turn off all lights, tvs etc

Close and lock all windows and doors

Replace keys in key safe and ensure it is locked

VACATE TIME 10:00 am

FAKE TAN WARNING - stains from fake tan on bedding and towels cannot be removed and replacement sets will be deducted from the damage deposit. This is especially a problem following use of the hot tub. Do not attempt to wash any bedding or towels as this can set a stain permanently that may otherwise be removeable by our professional laundry service. All linens are thoroughly checked prior to your visit, however, if you find any issues please photograph and report to the housekeeping staff on the day of arrival and prior to use.
