Even though this is self-catering accommodation for your convenience we have supplied you with starter toiletries.

 

These are environmentally friendly products and all bedding is washed in non-biological detergent at over 60 degrees.

 

Our lovely starter toiletries are supplied by Caroline-Henry.co.uk and a percentage of their profits help to support TheOceanCleanup.com project.

Wifi Troubleshooting

While we hope that you will not experience any issues with the Wifi, however due to the services in the local area, we cannot guarantee a seamless service during your entire stay. If you find the disc in the lounge or the ground floor hallway is orange or red, then it has lost connectivity with the main router located in a locked cabinet in the lower ground floor. In the first instance try the following:

  1. In the ground floor hallway, turn the disc power off then on again. When facing the disc the round button is on the back left of the disc. It will blink purple and hopefully eventually turns solid blue which indicates it has reconnected.

  2. Do the same with the disc in the lounge.

​

You may need to take these steps a few times, and it is also useful to leave it for a half-an-hour or so, because if it is an outside BT issue (which it usually is down here) it will often reconnect on its own.

​

If the Wifi will not reconnect at all over an extended period of time, ring Dave and he will let you know when he can attend to check the main router. While he does come to site regularly, he lives a distance away so please give the Wifi a chance to recover!

Note: If you find the Wifi going off for short periods of time, several times a day, this will be an external issue with BT.
