Even though this is self-catering accommodation for your convenience we have supplied you with starter toiletries.
These are environmentally friendly products and all bedding is washed in non-biological detergent at over 60 degrees.

Central Heating
The house has full underfloor heating.
The thermostats in the house are programmed, DO NOT attempt to alter for any reason. The temperature you see displayed is the current temperature of the room and not the temperature that is programmed.
Because the majority of the property is underground, and the top floor has a southern exposure it can get very warm at times and it tends to hold this heat. In fact, we have stayed in the house in January with no heating and it was still warm.

Because it is such a warm house, you may consider keeping the doors to the bedrooms open at night, especially the ones without windows.

In the three large bedrooms you will find the remote control for the ceiling fans mounted on the wall, please do not remove it from its holder.
The ceiling fans have a central light and various speeds.
