The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned between guests and a bromine dispenser is used to maintain the integrity of the water.

The hot tub temperature is regulated and circulated on a timed system that runs between 8 am and 9 pm. To maintain the optimum temperature, always replace the lid when not in use.

 

To maintain the peaceful environment none of the hot tubs on site have jacuzzi functions.

ENVIRONMENTAL OPTION:

It’s a luxury to have the hot tub available and we are more than happy to get it ready for you. However, please do think carefully about if you will use it enough during your stay to warrant the 1000 ltrs of water (7 day’s usage for an average person) and electricity to heat it.

 

South West Water have asked that holiday home owners are mindful of water wastage.

 

The hot tub is quite deep and is not suitable for children.

*We used to assume guests wanted the hot tub and asked them to let us know if they didn’t, however, now we ask you to confirm that you WILL want to use the hot tub.

 

Note: it takes 8-10 hours to heat so is usually not useable on the first night. If you don’t confirm, it will not be prepared for you.
