4 The Fish Cellars is the perfect place to holiday while still being able to socially distance, keeping yourself and the local community safe.

LOCATION

Portwrinkle is a quiet coastal village and not one of the crowded tourist areas we are being asked to avoid. Two beaches (including one for dogs) and the South West Coastal Path are only meters away.
The property is self contained and includes a private balcony with hot tub and gorgeous sea views.

CLEANING

To ensure your safety, the safety of our cleaning team and allow time for a deep clean between guests, we have altered our arrival and departure times strictly to 4 pm arrival and 9 am departure.

LAUNDRY & SOFT FURNISHINGS

Sofa Cushions & Throws are removed from use for a minimum of one week prior to your stay.
Laundry (bedding, towels, bath matts, tea towels) are washed in temperatures over 60 degrees.
Any unused bedding (as indicated by card left on the bed) is still removed each week and quarantined for 7 days before reuse.

HOT TUB

The hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled between guests. A bromine-based filtration system is used to maintain the water integrity.
Staff, wearing mask and gloves, will require access to test the water at least once during your stay.

IN-HOUSE CHANGES

A complete on-line guest book with property information is available through this website.
Some non-essential decorative, high touch, items have been removed (e.g. herbs & spices, board games, children's books & toys, telescope, nic nacs).

PRODUCTS FOR YOUR USE

Hand Sanitiser dispensing units are located by the key safes and the lower level (garage) entrance doors. Please ensure everyone uses these each time they enter.
Liquid Soap dispensers are located at every sink to make it easy for everyone to wash regularly.
Zoflora spray is available in the kitchen to clean hard surfaces.
Disinfectant wipes are provided for use on DVDs etc. Feel free to take any unused wipes with you when you leave.

SELF CHECK-IN

Keys are disinfected between visits as will the keysafe.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Use the hand sanitisers provided when returning from outside.
Undertake social distancing in shared and local areas.
Report to if any of your party begins to show symptoms during your stay - point of contact details are in the property.
Report to your booking contact, and Track & Trace, if any member of your party shows symptoms within 7 days of returning home.
Feel free to use your own cleaning products, provided they are not chlorine/bleach based what may cause damage to furnishings or surfaces.
Wooden boxes have been provided in the living areas for used DVDs, Books, Video Games etc. Please put any used items in these boxes so that they can either be thoroughly cleaned or removed from use for a safe period as appropriate.

STAY AT HOME ENTERTAINMENT

Fast broadband throughout the property.
TVs in each of the 4 bedroom areas, most with DVD players and 200+ DVDs.
BT TV, BT Sport, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix.
PS3 & Wii with games.
Voice activated Amazon Alexa in every bedroom and in living area for access to Spotify music library, Audible audiobook library and loads of family quizzes.

LOCAL AMENITIES

There is a small Sainsbury's in Torpoint, a large Waitrose near Saltash and a large Morrisons in Liskeard. As with many supermarkets you may be able to order online if you book early enough.
Pubs and restaurants are being allowed to open before your arrival, however, please check for individual arrangements.

Additional cleaning measures mean times have been strictly moved to arrival after 4 pm and departure by 9 am.
If someone in your party starts to feel ill with potential symptoms of Covid 19, wherever possible or as appropriate, you should ring NHS 111 to arrange a test at your home test centre and return to your primary residence immediately and follow government guidelines.
If you fail to do this your party will be responsible for additional time stayed which, if a positive result is found would be a minimum of 14 days.
Quarantine means no member of your party can leave the house for any reason. This includes movement within the common areas such as the car park, garden and balcony as it is attached to the neighbouring property. We will liaise with you to arrange food, medicine and pet care provisions.
